I’m Tricia Ashley, owner of OC Stretch Center in Laguna Niguel.

Creating a safe and comfortable space for people to explore their yoga practice at their own pace has been my passion for over two decades. I have been teaching yoga since 2005 and previously owned a studio in San Juan Capistrano. Since closing that business, I focused on creating private classes for clients, allowing me to customize the practice to each individual’s needs.

In 2023, I also started working at a large franchise stretch center in Laguna Niguel. One-on-one assisted stretching complemented many of the techniques I used in my group yoga classes and private sessions. I immediately loved how I could help my clients with mobility issues, but the loud, crowded stretching rooms and corporate franchise model just didn’t mesh with my personalized approach. A new idea was born and I opened OC Stretch Center where I could teach small group classes and work with private clients.

My mission is to create a space that feels welcoming and supportive to all. I offer one-on-one stretch sessions, private yoga and mobility sessions in a studio setting where I can create a session that is customized to the individual. Group classes are different than your typical yoga studio too. This is a place where I teach my favorite classes: Yin yoga, vinyasa flow, strength and mobility for all levels. You won’t be in a yoga class packed with 50 people and no real guidance. You won’t get an assisted stretch with excessively loud conversations going on all around. You won’t get pushy sales tactics and the feeling of being stuck in a contract. Instead, you will get classes and stretches that feel personal and nurturing.

Yoga and stretching are for every body and you deserve to feel your best!
